Digital Sun, the acclaimed indie studio, is eagerly approaching the release of their highly anticipated real-time strategy and tower defense game, Cataclismo. This captivating title is set to launch on PC in Q2 2024, offering players the opportunity to defend humanity’s last stronghold in a post-apocalyptic world.

By constructing fortresses brick by brick, players will fend off relentless waves of Horrors, showcasing their resilience and determination. Amidst the chaos, Cataclismo presents a tale of hope, community, and unwavering strength.

Cataclismo marks Digital Sun‘s first venture into self-publishing, following their successful development of the action RPG Moonlighter, which has sold over 2 million copies.

The cataclysmic events of Cataclismo have left the world in ruins, but the game poses an intriguing question: what if we could rebuild? In Cataclismo, players will have the opportunity to design fortresses, manage production in the citadel, train and deploy a diverse range of troops, and make impactful tactical decisions along their journey.

The game offers a captivating 30-hour single-player campaign, complete with voice acting and cinematic cutscenes. Throughout this immersive experience, players will assume the role of master builders and survivalists, embarking on a hopeful and heartfelt adventure alongside Lady Iris, the most promising scholar in humanity’s last remaining city.

In addition to the compelling single-player campaign, Cataclismo also presents Survival, Creative, and Skirmish modes, each offering unique and thrilling gameplay experiences. Whether players choose to face the ever-increasing challenges of endless waves of horrors or indulge in limitless building without the fear of monsters, Cataclismo promises a multitude of exciting adventures beyond its main storyline. While waiting for the release, you can play the demo on Steam.
