theHunter: Call of the Wild, Ambusher Pack DLC Out Now

Expansive Worlds today released the Ambusher Pack DLC for their immersive open world hunting game theHunter: Call of the Wild. This premium DLC contains the game’s first-ever electronic caller as well as a versatile lever-action rifle and accurate takedown recurve bow – perfect for skillfully ambushing prey in the wild!

Ambusher Pack – Key features:

  • Quist Red Pro Electronic Caller – Gain advantage by remotely calling animals to a location. This clever device comes prepared with sounds for every callable animal species and can be monitored from long distances via the accompanying remote.

Also released today, the free new October Patch addresses a host of player-requested improvements and fixes.

October Patch – Highlights:

  • Added a new option to expand or collapse UI Categories with a controller while navigating the Inventory.
  • The archery range on Parque Fernando has been updated with targets fixed at the appropriate distances for the bow and crossbow zeroing settings to facilitate practicing with the new Recurve Bow.
  • Added a better description for certain mission objectives to make it more clear how they are supposed to be completed.
  • Updated the scrollbars in certain text boxes to look consistent.
