Anima Flux is excited to announce its participation in the Steam Remote Play Together Fest. During the festival, which will take place from February 12 to 19, players will have the opportunity to experience the demo of this retro-futuristic platformer in both co-op and single player modes.
The game is scheduled for release in Q4 of 2024 and will be available on PC, Xbox, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.
In Anima Flux, players will find themselves in the only human city located on a space ark, facing an organized mutant invasion. To ensure the survival of the city, a theocratic totalitarian regime dispatches its best troops to rescue the city and eliminate the threat.
Anima Flux Key Features:
- Co-op metroidvania gameplay. As players progress through the game, both characters will develop in different ways, adding depth to the gameplay. Additionally, players can switch to single player mode if their co-op partner is unavailable.
- Drawing inspiration from the retro sci-fi aesthetics of the 80s and 90s, the game presents a unique blend of futuristic 2D visuals and a dark cosmic atmosphere.
