Worldless is a stylized metroidvania platformer that features a unique turn-based action combat system, RPG-style upgrades, and an intriguing high-concept story. Players will need to figure out the story for themselves. The combat in the game combines the strategy of turn-based systems with real-time action elements. Timing-based elements are crucial when defending and combining attacks.

The game also offers an intricate skill tree that enhances combat encounters and opens up new paths to explore in its atmospheric world. Set in a time where the rules of existence are undefined, Worldless introduces players to entities with opposing goals. One half is focused on their virtuous nature, while the other seeks to exchange it for their demise. This conflict leads to battles for transcendence, and players will find themselves immersed in the fight. The game’s mysterious narrative and themes of growth and understanding are left open for interpretation.
